Champagne is the perfect celebratory drink and this cocktail marries bubbles and gin to create a sublime cocktail suitable for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 45ml gin (We like Applewood Distillery Alpine Gin)
- 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 5ml sugar syrup
- 75 champagne
How to make a French 75
- Shake the gin, juice and simple syrup together with ice - to reduce foaming add half the champagne.
- Strain into a glass of your choice - flute or coupe and top up with the rest of the champagne and add a twist of lemon to garnish
