The Negroni Bianco is a more accessible variation that non-fans of the traditional Negroni might like to try.
There are lots of different recipes but we like this one because we're fans of Cocchi Americano (Italian apéritif) but Lillet Blanc also works well.
The apéritif is used in place of the sweet vermouth, but use what you prefer.
Campari is replaced with Suze, a gentian liqueur. Gentian is a bitter herb used in cocktail bitters.
Ingredients for a Negroni Bianco
30ml Cocchi Americano
30ml Moore's Dry gin
30ml Suze
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.
Pour into glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
