The zesty citrus flavours come from orange, mandarin and myrtle but lest you think it tastes like sherbet, it does not. The bright flavours are balanced by the warmth of Tasmanian pepperberry and lemongrass. To balance things, rosemary and green tea provide an interesting herbaceous bent that stops the citrus from overpowering the gin. 

But that's not all. To top it off, Darling uses Melbourne rooftop honey and freshly churned butter to give the gin a fuller mouthfeel than most gins. Though don't worry, it's not a sweet gin by any means nor an oily one. We know it sounds weird, but we promise. It really works!
