You'll like this if:

You're after something different yet has all the unmistakeable characters of gin, the Hapusa Himalayan Dry Gin will surprise you.

Hapusa stands for "juniper" in Sanskrit, so it is apt that the gin uses foraged juniper from the Himalayas. Not only that, it also combines a number of unique Indian botanicals. These include turmeric, mango, cardamom and gondhoraj, a unique lemon that grows in the eastern parts of India.

Yet, this is not a spicy gin by any means, but a beautifully elegant gin that rivals most classic London Dry style gins from the West.

The Hapusa Himalayan Dry Gin is the second release from Nao Spirits, which has spearheaded the Indian craft gin movement. The brainchild of four friends, Anand Virmani, Viabhav Singh, Aparajita Ninan and Jay Dhawan, the foursome started out trying to find a company to make the gin for them in India. Lamenting the lack of options, they decided to make their own and the rest, as they say is history.
