The use of Greek mastic gum amps up the juniper flavours of this gin. The rosemary is evident on the nose and complements the bay leaf in the distillation, whilst the lemon myrtle contributes to the lemon sherbet finish. All in all, a distinctively herbaceous gin that has a lingering finish and wonderfully smooth to sip.
