You like a lively and spicy gin. Animus Distillery Ambrosian gin has a sharp zing of mandarin peel and kaffir lime, bright fiery notes come from the addition of fresh galangal and ginger. The muted warmth comes from the use of fresh turmeric, cloves and cardamom.

You'd think the higher proof alcoholic strength and the fiery botanicals would combine to make this all too much to handle, but it's actually surprisingly smooth. Testament to that is the awards it's picked up, including a silver medal at the Tasting Australia Spirit Awards 2018 and bronze at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2018.
