You're looking for an alternative to traditional sloe gins. Brookie's Slow Gin is tart and crisp, but well-balanced with the addition of sugar.
Native Davidson plums are infused in Brookie's gin. Expect flavours of bright plum with a hint of rose and watermelon. There's no typo, the slow in the name is a reference to the length of time it takes for the fruit to steep in the gin.
It's so good, it's won multiple awards, including Gold at the 2020 International Wine & Spirit Competition, the 2019 World Gin Awards, 2018 San Francisco Spirits Awards 2018 and took out the Platinum and Consumers' Choice Award at the 2018 SIP Awards.
