Mischief Brew Tonic No 2

A softer spoken cousin of the Tonic No 1, the Mischief Brew Tonic No 2 is perhaps its play on a Mediterranean inspired tonic, with the use of rosemary and lemon myrtle (alongside some lemon). Bitter orange additionally amps up the bitter quotient provided by the quinine, but it's still a fairly soft bite. There is a crispier citrus zing to this tonic, but the rosemary in it is not your typical woody hit. Instead, it is fairly muted and provides a herbal complexity to the overall composition. 

Like its siblings though, where this tonic really shines is when it is combined with gin, where it complements the more herbaceous components of the gin.
