Made using South Australia’s very own organic Riverland mandarins this gin is paired with juniper and carefully balanced with elderberries, kumquat (for a tart kick) and rounded off with soft vanilla, cacao, atherton nut and almonds. Cassia cinnamon and licorice root add a subtle undertone of spice with the fresh zestiness of the gin coming from the mandarin peel used to steep the gin post distillation.
It's a limited edition gin that was sold out at the distillery but as a one off special, they've dug out a small quantity from the archives and we've got a few for you!
