Lemon, agave syrup, a touch of chilli and rock salt are used to create this tonic which can also works brilliantly with sharp peppery gins, juniper forward gins or sloe. You get fresh lemon and lime on the nose followed by a punchy bitter lemonade taste, that's enlivened by a bit of spice and salt. It's lightly clouded from the organic lemon juice used.
