You'll like this if:
You like your gin a little savoury with a touch of sea salt earthiness.
From the makers of Garagiste Wines come a gin inspired by the coastal flavours of the Mornington Peninsula where they are based. If you want to be whisked away to the (Australian) sea with your drink, you'll love this one - composed from 20 different botanicals, many are unique to the area such as foraged samphire, saltbush, kelp, wild fennel, and wild fennel pollen. These combine to give an earthy undertone to the liquid, with a delicate saltiness that combine well with the citrus freshness of blood orange, lemon verbena and resinous pine of the juniper. Its silky and viscous, and as the gin is not filtered, can go cloudy when mixed.
