You'll like this if:
You're looking for an alternative to traditional sloe gins. Using native Davidson plums to infuse their base gin, Brookie's Slow Gin is tart and crisp but is balanced well with the added sugar to make it super sippable or as a cocktail ingredient. Expect flavours of bright plum with a hint of rose and watermelon. There's no typo, the slow in the name is a reference to the length of time it takes for the fruit to steep in the gin.
It's so good, it's won multiple awards, including Gold at the 2020 International Wine & Spirit Competition, the 2019 World Gin Awards, 2018 San Francisco Spirits Awards 2018 and took out the Platinum and Consumers' Choice Award at the 2018 SIP Awards.
