Inspired by the classic pairing of gin and vermouth, Farmer's Wife's Distillery Sweet Spring gin has been created by resting their hallmark gin in former sweet vermouth barrels, sourced from Margan Winery.
The barrel ageing process has added subtle characters on to the gin which has developed floral notes of cherry blossom, vanilla and musk. Bittersweet cherry, spice and honey round out the palate which is completed with light citrus notes.
A limited edition run for Spring 2021 that's already sold out at the distillery - once this is gone, it's gone!
