This is the barrel aged version of the Farmer's Wife Autumn Dry gin. The original gin marries classic gin botanicals with a selection of Australian natives, including Sugar Bag honey, from local bees. Imagine taking those flavours and putting it in a barrel that once housed peated whisky from Black Gate Distillery, where the gin has been left to mature for a short time. During the ageing process, the gin's botanicals get an injection of depth and complexity from the flavours in the wood. The result? A rich, floral smoked gin with hints of candied orange peel that is both smooth and warming.

This is a seasonal limited edition gin that is available in small quantities.
