You're after a dry (read: not sweet at all) fruity pink gin with an Australian twist.
With no sugar is added, this is not your conventional sweet pink gin. Local lillypillys are added to a classic dry gin recipe before raspberries are infused into the gin to give it a beautiful pink hue. The use of other native botanicals such as riberry, native limes, rosella and sea fig round up the berry and citrus flavours, alongside blood orange and nasturtium flowers but you can still absolutely taste the juniper in this.
