This is a punchy gin that combines traditional gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica root and orange. You get that unmistakeable pine of juniper balanced by the warm spice and citrus zing of orange and lemon. There's a hint of the strawberry gum and on the palate, the subtle sweetness comes not from added sugar but from vanilla. Finishes warm on the back of your throat, this is one gin that you can sip despite its higher alcoholic strength and which goes down far too easily.
