You want your gin with a side of provenance. Chase Distillery is one of the first and few distilleries in the UK that are farm to bottle.
They grow their own potatoes that they then use to distill into a spirit that is the starting base for their gins. The GB Gin is a nod to Great Britain and the style of classic London Dry style gins. Combining 10 very classic gin botanicals - juniper, angelica, cardamon, citrus peel, coriander included, its a dry juniper led gin.
Chase has been one of our favourite distilleries from the get go, with their flavoured gins one of the best use of fruit in gins. Family operated and owned by the Chase family since its inception until 2021 when drinks company Diageo acquired the company. Since then, the brand has all but largely disappeared from the Australian market.
This bottling is one from pre-2021 and prior to the acquisition.
