The gin is made by Red Hen Spirits, a family-owned distillery located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. Founded by the Vallelonga brothers, Michael, Daniel, Anthony, and their lifelong friend Luke Page, their story was inspired by their grandfathers' passion for winemaking. For them, this has translated to using only the finest ingredients and traditional botanicals to create a classic dry gin.
