The pepper berry, wattleseed and native thyme are the lead Australian botanicals that lead the unique spiced and dried fruit notes in the vermouth. The dried fruit is further amplified with bitter orange, dried figs and cherries. in addition, there's a plethora of spices to bolster those dried fruit notes. Think cinnamon, clove, star anise, nutmeg and ginger.

As with all of Regal Rogue's vermouths, this one marries 100% organic Australian wine with native herbs and spices. This particular vermouth for example, uses a combination of deep, rich naturally spiced Shiraz and un-wooded Chardonnay from Orange, NSW.  

This is a bold rich and sweet vermouth, but at 80g of sugar per litre, this vermouth is still considered a semi-dry style. And it's 64% less than the category standard. It's an outstanding example of a drinkable semi-sweet vermouth with an Australian twist.
