The strawberry gum, rosella and Illawarra plums are the lead Australian botanicals that lead the unique tropical fruit notes in the vermouth with a touch of spice. in addition, there's rhubarb and kina to bolster those fruit notes.
As with all of Regal Rogue's vermouths, the Wild Rosé marries 100% organic Australian wine with native herbs and spices. This particular vermouth for example, uses an organic Cabernet Rosé as its base, which is fortified with neutral spirit. The dry quality yet subtle fruit notes of the wine complement the botanicals used.
There's a sweetness to it all, but at 70g of sugar per litre, this vermouth is still considered a semi-dry style. On top of that, it's only one of four Rosé vermouths globally. So, if you were looking for something different, this is one refreshing vermouth for the back bar.
