Flavoured Gins
Our most colourful While juniper is still at the heart of these flavoured gins, the use of fruit, flowers, berries and other (often) more unusual ingredients such as honey feature heavily in their makeup. Aside from being distilled, these ingredients can either be macerated (steeped in the spirit for a set period of time), or added to the gin post-distillation in the form of a syrup or juice.
