As with all of Regal Rogue's vermouths, the Daring Dry marries 100% organic Australian wine with native herbs and spices. This particular vermouth uses aniseed myrtle, quandong and native thyme to create a unique savoury base. But that's not all. The use of white pepper, gentian, olive leaf and juniper further enhances the savoury notes.

The grassiness comes from an organic Sauvignon Blanc wine base from Orange in NSW. Together, the grassiness and savoury notes combine to create an umami finish. Our verdict? This is an unique vermouth that is an once earthy, salty and herbaceous.
